Her experience in education and instructional design allow Nancy to develop materials that relate to a variety of audiences.  Nancy’s enthusiasm for guiding project teams allows her to use her communication and leadership skills. Nancy excels at implementing projects that exceed client expectations and ensure their market needs and objectives are successfully met.

Nancy’s upbringing on a dairy farm gives her an appreciation and understanding of the American agricultural professional and industry. Her interest and passion for meaningful conversations helps her focus on how to best communicate information that is relevant and important to customers, as well as to her teams.

Nancy has a degree in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University, a Masters in Instructional Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a certified teacher. She and her husband have three children and reside in western New York.
