Sammi has been a customer service and sales specialist for a national manufacturing company, a veterinary technician for an animal hospital in Alabama and an event and office manager for a leading regional equestrian event center. She is a graduate of Northwest College in Powell, WY, with an associate degree in animal science with an emphasis on business.

Sammi, her husband (currently on military duty oversees) and their young son live in Western South Dakota.
