Demeter Senior Partner Linda Snell recently participated in the BoardSource Leadership Forum 2011, “Governing Toward the Future,” held in Atlanta.  This is the only national conference focused on the impact of nonprofit boards and the unique role they play. Linda encourages nonprofit boards to consider the following: “Communication in the board room is essential for good governance. Is there trust/transparency between board members and the CEO? Are we focused on our mission, not just our organization?
